Neal I. Whisler
Neal I. Whisler, 76, of Washington, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, in the Washington County Hospital following a sudden illness.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Fred Bickhart officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday in the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials may be made to PAWS and More Animal Shelter in Washington.
Mr. Whisler was born May 25, 1931, in Brighton, the son of Neal G. and Leona F. (McNeese) Whisler. He married Bette D. Jacobs in 1966 in Kahoka, Mo.
