FAIRFIELD ? Nita Faye Johnson, 85, of Fairfield and formerly of Birmingham, died Sunday, July 31, 2011, in Sunnybrook Living Care Center in Fairfield.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Hillcrest Cemetery at Brighton with the Rev. Ed Newman officiating following cremation. Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or to the Lockridge Fire Department. Arrangements are in the care of Raymond Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairfield.
