Noah Unternahrer

WAYLAND - Noah Unternahrer, 90, of the Parkview Home in Wayland, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, at the Henry County Health Center in Mount Pleasant.

      Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 2, at Sugar Creek Mennonite Church near Wayland, with burial at the Sugar Creek Mennonite Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Gideon's International and Sugar Creek Mennonite Church. Beatty Funeral Home in Wayland was in charge of the arrangements.

      Mr. Unternahrer was born on Feb. 5, 1918, in Wayland, the son of Christian and Anna (Rediger) Unternahrer. He married Barbara Elizabeth Wenger on June 21, 1942, in Wayland.
