KEOTA ? Norbert J. Flanders, 85, of Keota died March 8, 1999, at the Washington County Hospital, Washington, following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota with the Rev. Timothy Rogan officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery.
