Norean Weeber
KALONA ? Norean Weeber, 90, of Kalona, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, in Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lingering illness.
Private graveside services will take place at the Welsh Cemetery in rural Iowa City. The body has been cremated. A memorial fund has been established for Kalona First Responders. Peterseim Funeral Service in Kalona is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Weeber was born March 20, 1919, in Kokomo, Ind., the daughter of Frank and Polly (Martin) Tarter. She married Robert Weeber on Jan. 25, 1946, in Iowa City.
