Norma Mae Whitham

      Norma Mae Whitham, 79, of Washington, died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003, at home, following a lengthy illness.

      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at United Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Ron McMenamin and the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Burial will be in Cambrian Cemetery in rural Louisa County. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 this evening, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Memorials may be directed to United Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Whitham was born on May 8, 1924, in Crawfordsville, to Rowland and Blodwen (Williams) Davis. She married Milton Irvin Whitham on May 16, 1945, in rural Columbus Junction.
