Norman 'Dutch' L. Stutzman

      KALONA - Norman "Dutch" L. Stutzman, 69, of Kalona died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007 in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City of a cardiac arrest.

      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30 in Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. Burial will be in the Wellman Mennonite Cemetery in Wellman. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.

      Mr. Stutzman was born Jan. 26, 1938 in Milford, Neb., the son of Albert and Lavina (Danner) Stutzman. He graduated from Iowa Mennonite School, was a self-employed trucker and owned Dutch's Diner in Wellman several years ago. He was also employed at Pearson's Pharmacy in Iowa City. He was a baseball coach for Little League and Pee Wee teams, and was a Boy Scout leader for a number of years.
