Ollie Pauline Allen

      WINFIELD-Ollie Pauline Allen, 94, of Winfield, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center.

      Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at Winfield First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Patte Henderson and the Rev. Richard Gorham officiating. Burial will be in Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield. The visitation will continue at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorials have been established for First Presbyterian Church, American Legion Auxiliary and Sunrise Terrace, all in Winfield.

      Mrs. Allen was born on Sept. 16, 1910, in Winfield, to David and Clara (Skipton) Hess. On Oct. 15, 1929, she married Guy Allen in Mt. Pleasant. He preceded her in death in 1995.
