Omer Joseph Schillig
KALONA ? Omer Joseph Schillig, 85, of Kalona, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond with the Rev. David Brownfield officiating. Burial will follow at the Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in rural Richmond. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with a rosary at 7 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the Kalona First Responders.
