Omera I. McCabe
Omera Inabelle McCabe, 77, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 6:20 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, at her residence.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15 at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Dr. Edward R. Peterson, senior pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in rural Mt. Pleasant. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 at the funeral home with family present from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to the Great River Medical Center Hospice Program.
