Opal Shelledy Williams
Opal Shelledy Williams, 90, of New London, died on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at Forest Home Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Matt Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. before the service at Elliott Chapel and the group will go to the cemetery in procession. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the New London Nursing and Rehab Activity fund.
