Orville Byers Pence, Sr.
Orville Byers Pence, Sr., 72, of Burlington, formerly of New London, died at 10:30 p.m. on Mon-day, Jan. 13, 2003 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 17 at the Elliott Chapel in New London, with the Rev. Frank Beaty officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon on Thursday, Jan. 16 at the chapel with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.
