Nixon, 62, of Washington, died Friday, July 9, 2010, in the Halcyon House Care Center in Washington from complications of breast cancer.    According to her wishes, the body has been cremated.  No services are planned at this time.  Iowa Cremation in Cedar Rapids handled the arrangements.    Mrs. Nixon was born Feb. 27, 1948, in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Elmer and Marian (Horn)
