Edward Hammer, 84, of Chico, Calif., died Wednesday, June 2, 2010, in California Park Rehabilitation Center.    A service will be held Friday, June 18, at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, Calif.  The Neptune Society of No. California, Chico Branch, is in charge of the arrangements.    Mr. Hammer was born Sept. 7, 1925, in Washington, the son of Edwin B. and Marie K.
