Elizabeth Jean "Betty" Moffett, 82, of Washington, formerly of Ladysmith, Wis., died Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, in Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a lengthy illness.      Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at the United Presbyterian Home in conjunction with Evensong.
