Frank Sylvester Aplara, 77, of Lockridge, died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.      A gathering for family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Lockridge School in Lockridge.
