Tony Lee Martin, 48, of Washington, died of an apparent heart attack Monday, Sept. 15, 2008, in the Washington County Hospital in Washington.      Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, in the United Methodist Church in Washington with the Rev. Julia Poulsen officiating. Cremation will follow the service and a private family burial will be held in the Brighton Hillcrest Cemetery at a later date.
