Junior F. Mathias, 79, of rural Birmingham, died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, at home.      A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev.
