"Sam" Keller, 76, of Fairfield, died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at the Jefferson County Hospital Living Care Center in Fairfield.      A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Gustin V. Leffler, 92, of Stockport, died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, at Alexian Brothers Sherbrooke Village in St. Louis, Mo.      A funeral was held this morning at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with Elder Dan Spray officiating. Dennis Joseph Bush, 63, of Fairfield, died Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.      A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with words of comfort offered by family and friends. Dennis J. Heminger, 52, of Joplin, Mo., died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Joplin.      Open visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Kremer Funeral Home in Eldon.      Mr. Heminger was born Sept. 25, 1955, in Keosauqua, the son of Joe and Rosie Heminger.
