Rosalie Marie Bowermaster Harris, 91, formerly of Fairfield, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008, at Hospice in Monterey, Calif.      A service will be held in San Diego at a later date.      Mrs. Harris was born Nov. 16, 1916.
