KALONA - Alma Bontrager, 80, of Washington, died Friday, May 30, 2008, at Washington Care Center in Washington following a lingering illness.      Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, in the Fairview Cemetery in rural Kalona with the Rev. Warren Duncan Switzer, 88, of Fairfield, died Thursday, May 29, 2008, at home.      A Celebration of Life service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Ralph Cox, aged 82, TEAM missionary to Japan since 1954 died May 27th in Takamatsu, Japan of cancer. Funeral services were held there on June 1st. His body, donated to Kagawa University Medical Center, will be cremated and buried at a later date half the ashes in Japan and half in the United States.
