LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - Jacob Dakota Rosenbaum was stillborn on Feb. 29, 2008, at the University of Arkansas Medical Services Hospital in Little Rock.      Floyd W. Rikard of Spring River Baptist Church at Hardy, Ark., officiated at the memorial service. Burial was in Brognaugh Cemetery. Higginbotham Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
