Florence M. Talbott, 95, formerly of Birmingham, died at 2:20 p.m. Saturday, April 19, 2008, at Nelson Nursing Home in Fairfield.      A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Birmingham United Methodist Church, with the Rev.
