WELLMAN - Wilma Donetta Mast, 83, of Kinross, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, in her daughter's home in rural Keswick following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, in the Wellman Mennonite Church in Wellman with the Rev. Hershberger, 83, of Wellman, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2008, in Parkview Manor in Wellman following a brief illness.      Celebration of Life services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, in the Wellman Mennonite Church with the Rev.
