Faye L. Steele Spilman, 76, of rural Douds, died at 5:09 a.m. Wed., Oct. 31, 2007, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center in Ottumwa. A funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Selma United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Len Garrison officiating. Burial will be in Mount Moriah Cemetery north of Douds.
