Diane Alvine Thompson, 66, entered into eternal life on August 30, 2007 in Plano, Texas. Born August 16, 1941 in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, to Wilma LuVerne (Patterson) and Maurice Knute Alvine, she was the oldest of four children. Diane grew up in the Bethel Church community and married John N. Thompson, her high school sweetheart. During their lives together, Diane and John Thompson lived in four different states,
