Perry J. "Huck" Pratt, 83, of Chillicothe, Mo., died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, at Baptist Home in Chillicothe. Mr. Pratt was born April 22, 1924, in Utica, the son of Perry and Loretha Stephens Pratt.
