Martin, 90, of Washington died Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2007 in the Washington Care Center.      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 19 in the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Robert T. Angstead, 91, 2237 Highway 34, died at 4:42 a.m. today, Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at Parkview Care Center.      A joint service for Mr. Angstead and his wife will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim Wotherspoon officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.      Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the funeral home.
