James Andrew Courtney, 37, formerly of Fairfield, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2006, in Phoenix.      A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Mary Kay Snyder passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2007, at Iowa Methodist Hospital.      A memorial service will be held on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's of Nazareth in Des Moines.
