Eugene Richard Luke, 76, of Knoxville, died at 11:58 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, 2007, at V.A. Central Iowa Health Care in Knoxville.      A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating. The body has been cremated.
