Curtis Ray "Curt" Jensen, age 48, of Washington, Iowa died Wednesday January 10, 2007 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a sudden illness.      Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm Saturday, January 13th at the Washington High School Gymnasium with Pastor Harald Gruber officiating. Marc D. "Mouse" Cunningham, 30, of Hillsboro, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield from injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident on Glasgow Road.      A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at United Church of Crawfordsville in Crawfordsville, with the Rev. Vera Ann Bullard, 93, of West Point, died on Thursday, Jan. 11, at her home.Friends may call after 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in West Point. A rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. and a wake service at 7 p.m. The memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point, with Fr. Apo T. John Robert Day, 87, of Washington died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, at Halcyon House in Washington following a lengthy illness.      Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington, with the Rev. Three Fairfield residents, Richard L. Blakeney, Sholn Marie and Khyle Kelly, were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Highway 218 and G-36 intersection in Washington County.      According to an Iowa State Patrol minimal report, a 1999 International truck owned by Maher Brothers Transfer of Iowa City and driven by 44-year-old Jon F.
