Elizabeth Katheryn McKenzie, 86, of Eustis, Fla., died on Saturday, December 2, 2006. She was born in Wellston, Iowa, and spent her early childhood in West Chester, Iowa. She attended college in Fairfield and Iowa City. She became a teacher and taught school for many years in Indianola, Iowa, then retired to Miami, Florida, in 1979.

Neomi Jane (Robinson) Schaefer, of Fairfield, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2006 at the Parkview Care Center, Fairfield, Iowa. She had been a resident at Parkview since September, 2006 following a stroke. On May 2, 1974 Neomi had a falll while riding her bicycle.
