KALONA - Lloyd R. Swartzendruber, 91, of Kalona died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007 in Pleasantview Home in Kalona after a lingering illness.      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5 in West Union Mennonite Church in Parnell with the Rev. William Edwin Stearns, 69, of Weatherford, Texas, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, in a Fort Worth hospital.      A service was held Jan. 22 at Biggers Funeral Chapel in Lake Worth, Texas.
