Pleasant, formerly of Fairfield, died on Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Henry County Health Center.Funeral arrangements are pending at the White Oaks Chapel in San Carlos, Calif. Perry Eugene Vaughn, 41, of Mexico, Mo., died at 5:50 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 6, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Mo.His body has been cremated, there will be no visitation.
