Richard "Dick" Lee Hogan, 72, of Richland, died at 4:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield. A memorial service was held this morning at Gould Funeral Home in Richland. Glen B. Leichty, 76, of Wayland, died on Thursday, Dec. 21, at Park Place in Mt. Pleasant.Services have been set for 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24, at the Bethel Mennonite Church, with Pastor Phil Slaubaugh officiating. Burial is in the Bethel Cemetery.
