WINFIELD - Edward Fowler, 73, of Winfield died Saturday, Sept. 23, 2006 in his home in Winfield.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 26 in the Honts Funeral Home, Winfield with the Rev. Dale Edward McIntire, 77, of Fruitland Park, Fla., died Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2006.      Mr. McIntire was born Jan. 19, 1929, in Fairfield, the son of Harold and Elsie McIntire. He married Jane Schlosser March 10, 1953.      Mr. McIntire was a 1947 graduate of Fairfield High School.
