Clayton Walter Parsons, 81, of New London, died Tuesday, Sept. 19, at the Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.      Services will be held at the Elliott Chapel, in New London, at 2. p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, with Pastor Dot Hasler officiating. Arlene Mary Schmitt, 72, of Washington, Iowa, died Monday, Sept. 18, 2006, at her residence following a brief illness.      A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. James Catholic Church, with the Rev. Ed O'Melia officiating. Cline, 58, of Olds, formerly of Keokuk, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006, in her mother's home in rural Keokuk.      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with the Rev. Goldie Laymon officiating.      A second service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at WACO High School in Wayland, with the Rev. Hyeunmee Kang and the Rev. Shirley Texter officiating.
