WELLMAN - William Lyle Wade, 93, of Wellman died Friday, Aug. 25, 2006 in Parkview Manor from complications of age.      Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today in Powell Funeral Home with the Rev. Rich Pippert officiating. Burial will be in Wellman Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Wellman Fire Department, Wellman Volunteer Ambulance Service and Parkview Manor.

Marcia Messer, 70, of Mt.
