Iola A. "Ikey" Oard, 84, of Burlington, formerly of Keokuk and Mt. Union, died Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Solon Nursing Home, in Solon, where she had lived since February of 2006.The family will receive friends from 12:30-2 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt.
