MUSCATINE-Don LeRoy Rinehart, 67, of Muscatine died unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 14, 2006, in Unity Hospital in Muscatine.      Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, at the First Presbyterian Church in Muscatine, with the Rev.
