CONESVILLE - Felix Macias Torres, 79, of Conesville died Saturday, July 22, 2006 at his home after an extended battle with cancer.      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Columbus Junction with the Rev. MT. PLEASANT - Dr. Dale E. Garrels, 70, Mt. Horace "Buster" Hesseltine, 95, formerly of Brighton, died at 5:55 a.m. Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Washington County Hospital.
