Mark Elliott Welch, 40, of Conyers, Ga., formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Dec. 7, 2003, in Conyers.      A graveside committal service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, at the Forest Home Cemetery. The Rev. Verla Adell Cahill, 90, of Farmington, died at 10:45 a.m., Sunday, June 11, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.      The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, at the Farmington United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Virginia Ann Wellman, 84, of West Point, died at 5:47 p.m. Friday, June 9, at the West Point Care Center.      The Mass of Christian Burial was held today at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point, with Fr. Apo T. Mpanda as celebrant. Burial followed in the Calvary Cemetery in West Point. Memorials have been established to St. Mary's Catholic Church and the West Point Public Library.

Raymond O. Bonser, 92, of Mt.
