Raymond H. Kerr, 98, of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2006, at Arbor Court in Mt. Bonnie Sue Bergdahl Richart, 79, of Burlington, formerly of Washington, Ill., died Monday, April 24, 2006, at her residence.      The memorial funeral service for Mrs. Richart will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 1, in Shinar Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Pleasant Grove, rural New London.
