C.E. "Bud" Humphrey, 63, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Waukee, died Sunday, April 9, 2006, in Mercy Medical Center after a short illness. Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, April 21, at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. The Rev. Hugh Stone will officiate. Cedar Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Franklin Harry Mullen, 92, of Halcyon House in Washington, formerly of Donnellson, died at 1:10 a.m., Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at Halcyon House. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
