Charlene Mae Carlson Seberg, 48, of Waterman, Ill., died Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at her home.      Ms. Seberg was born Jan. 26, 1958 in Aurora, Ill. She had a fondness for beautiful flowers and lovely music, and enjoyed boating and animals. She also loved to cook and bake for her family and friends.
