Vivian Retha Outland, 72, of Carlisle died from cancer at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Taylor Hospice House in Des Moines.      The body will be cremated and buried at a later date.      Mrs. Outland was born Aug. 4, 1933 in Fairfield, the daughter of Ralph J. and Retha Kessel. Edna M. Boggs, 90, formerly of Libertyville, died March 5, 2006, in Kirkland, Wash.      A memorial service was held Saturday at Mount Scott Funeral Home in Portland, Ore.      Memorials may be made to Group Health Hospice in Seattle.      Mrs. Boggs was born Aug. 11, 1915, in Ottumwa, the daughter of Charles and Nancy Nichols Beghtol.
