Louis Fred Pratt, 78, of Keosauqua, died Thursday, Jan. 19, 2006.      In accordance with Mr. Pratt's wishes, his body has been cremated. Hazel M. Lynchard, 87, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Trenton, died Wednesday morning, Jan. 18, 2006, at Henry County Health Center.      The funeral for Mrs. Lynchard will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Trenton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Virgil E. Stockman, 71, of Stanwood, formerly of Lisbon, died from cancer Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006, in Mechanicsville Nursing and Rehab Center.      The graveside service was at 11:30 a.m. today in Winfield Cemetery, with Mary Morgan as celebrant.      Mr. Stockman was born June 21, 1934, to Lacey and Dora Stockman.

Norman Renaud, 79, of Keota, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2006, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.      Funeral services were at 10:30 Friday, Jan. 20, at United Church of Faith in Keota, with the Rev. Sallie Graves officiating. Eunice Dickerson Watt, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, formerly of Lamoni, died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2006, at the Park Place Long Term Care Unit in Mt. Pleasant.      Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel. Wilma Alice Koehler, 97, of Washington, died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2006, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following complications of a broken hip.      Celebration of Life services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Jan. 16, at Jones-Eden Funeral Home, with the Rev. Marlene Drummond, 55, of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2006, at the Henry County Health Center.      Visitation will begin noon Thursday, Jan. 19 at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Freda L. Hines, 76, of New London, died Monday, Jan. 16, after an 18-month battle with pancreatic cancer.      Funeral services will be Thursday, Jan 19 at 1 p.m. at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Matt Miller officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. on Thursday until time of the service. There will be no family present, and the casket will remain closed. Donald Henry Hoffner, 75, of Tipton died of lung cancer Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, at V.A. James Bert Helfenstine, 88, of Peoria, Ariz., formerly of Lockridge, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2005, in Tempe, Ariz.      A memorial service was held Dec. 28. at the Advanage Golden Door Chapel in Youngtown, Ariz.
