Claudette Norris, 66, of Eldon, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005, at the Taylor House Hospice in Des Moines.      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.      Mrs. Norris was born in Centerville, the daughter of Donna VanBlairicome and Kenneth Tharp.
