Rosaleen Starr, 85, of Richland, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2005, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will begin at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 29, at Gould Funeral Home in Richland, with the Rev. Whitney Renee Snakenberg, 23, of Ollie died Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2005, at her home.      A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Prairie View United Methodist Church near Ollie, with the Rev. Bette Mary McGrath, 89, of Keosauqua, IA, passed away of natural causes at Van Buren Community Hospital on Wednesday, December 28, 2005. She was born September 7, 1916 in Burlington, IA to Flora and William Frudeger. She married James W. McGrath, August 28, 1940 in Burlington. Mr. McGrath passed away in 2001.
