RICHLAND - Hildred Emry, 101, of Fairfield, formerly of Richland, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.      Private funeral services will be held at Gould Funeral Home in Richland at a later time, with Dick and Rose Kessler of Lightning and Thunder Ministries officiating. Burial will be in Richland Friends Cemetery. A memorial has been established for Lightning and Thunder Ministries.   

Mary June Matheny, 91, New London, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005 at the Great River Medical Center, West Burlington.      The funeral service will be Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Matt Miller officiating. LaToska Leona Bennett, 93, of Winfield, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005 at the Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.The funeral service was today at Honts Funeral Home in Winfield, with Mark Jagnow officiating. Burial will be in the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery. A memorial has been established.      Mrs. Bennett was born Nov. 27, 1912 in Ollie, the daughter of Earl and Mary (Able) Bush.

Terry Lee VanVelkinburgh, 41, of Donnellson, died at 3:35 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, 2005 in the emergency room of Fort Madison Community Hospital following a fire at this home.      A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday Dec. 20, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson with Brother Rich Schmidt officiating.
